<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that, in pursuance of an order by the
<br /> Honorable Donald H. Weaver, judge of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> m�de on the 28th day of September, 1971, I was licensed by said judge to sell at
<br /> public auction in the manner provided by law, the real estate hereinafter des-
<br /> cribed; that thereupon I gave notice of the time and place of said sale as
<br /> required by law and at the time and place therein specified, after said sale
<br /> had Ueen held open one hour, I sold said real estate at public auction to Robert
<br /> G. Sears and Roger Krolikowski, they being the highest bidders therefor, that '
<br /> said sale was thereupon confirmed and I was ordered to make a deed of said
<br /> premises to said purchasers.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, Larry J. Brandt, a/k/a Larry Joe Brandt, administrator
<br /> of the estate of Vona B. Brandt, deceased, in consideration of the premises and
<br /> the sum of Eight Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($8,300) so bid and paid by

<br /> Robert G. Sears and Roger Krolikowski and by virtue of the powers intrusted in
<br /> me by said order and proceedings, do by these presents grant, sell and convey
<br /> unto the said Robert G. Sears and Roger KroJ_ikow"ski, as tenants in common, and
<br /> unto their heirs and assigns, the real estate described as follows, to-wit:
<br /> Lot Three (3).' i.n Block Forty (40) in Charles Wasmer's Addi- ,
<br /> tion to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging to have and to hald the same unto
<br /> them, the said Robert G. Sears and Roger Krolikowski as tenants in common, and to
<br /> their heirs and assigns forever.
