<br /> The Grantor, DONIPHAN UNITED METHODIST CHURCH , formerly
<br /> known as and being one and the ' same Church as The First Methodist
<br /> Church of Doniphan , Nebraska , a corporation organized an�d existing
<br /> under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska , in con-
<br /> sideration Of Nine Thousand and no/I00 ($9,000.00)
<br /> received from Grantee , does grant, bargain , se11 , convey and con-
<br /> firm unto KATHRY� DIANE ROACH and STANLEY J . ROACH , husband and
<br /> wife , as joint tenants , not tenants in common , with the right of
<br /> survivorship , herein called the G'rantee , whether one or more , the
<br /> following described real property in Hall County , Nebraska:
<br /> The East Twenty-five (25) ' Feet of Lot Four (4) , and
<br /> a11 of Lot Five (5 ) , of Seudder' s Addition to the
<br /> Village of Qoni �,han , Hall ' County , Nebraska.
<br /> ' 'This, is the same identical property received by The First
<br /> Methodist Church of Doniphan', Nebraska , in a certain Warra��Cy
<br /> Deed t�ated� Jun� 29 , 1959 , and recorded in Book 128 at Page
<br /> 245 of 'the Deed Records in the Office of the Register of
<br /> Deeds , Ha11 Coun'�y , Nebraska, said Church having now
<br /> amended its Articles of Incorporation by changing its
<br /> name to the Doniphan United Methodist Church .
<br /> To have and to h.old the above described premises together
<br /> with all tenemer�ts , hereditaments and appurtenances thereto be-
<br /> longing unto the Grantee and to Grantee ' s heirs and assigns forever.
<br /> And the Grantor for itself and its successors does hereby
<br /> covenant with the Grantee and with Grantee ' s heirs and assigns
<br /> that Grantor is lawfully seised of said premises ; that they are
<br /> free from encumbrance ; that Grantor has good right and lawful
<br /> authority to convey the same ; and that Grantor warrants and will
<br /> � defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of
<br /> all persons whosoever.
<br /> It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event of
<br /> the death of either of the Grantees , the entire fee simple title ,
<br /> to the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee .
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF , Grantor has hereunto caused its Corporate
<br /> Seal to be affixed and these presents signed by its President and ,
