<br /> . KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the United Congregational �
<br /> Church of Grand Island, Nebraska, (Bismark and Oak Streets) , also known
<br /> as the United Congregational Church of Grand Island, a corporation,
<br /> • organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nebraska, for �
<br /> and in consideration of the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($15,000.00)
<br /> in hand paid does hereby grant, bargain, _ sell and convey unto DAVID
<br /> R. McMAHILL and JAL�A. McMAHILL, grantees, as joint tenants with right
<br /> of survivorship and not as tenants, in common, grantees, the following
<br /> described real estate, situated in the County of Hall and State of•

<br /> seised of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance; that
<br /> the grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same;

<br /> the death of either of the grantees, the entire fee simple title to
