Grantees m�y construct and main- <br /> tain a roadway 25 feet in width (the Southerly edge of which is five <br /> (5} feet North of the Southerly edge of the easement granted hereby) <br /> on such easement at substantially the sa�e elevations and grades as <br /> are presently established or as may be -mutual1y agreed upon from time <br /> to time by said Grantors and said Grantees , or their respective heirs , <br /> executors , administrators or assigns .
