<br /> right-of-way line 300 feet from the intersection of said line

<br /> NOW, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that , in pursuance of the said
<br /> Agreement and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1 .00) and
<br /> other good and valuable consideration paid by Grantees to Grantors ,
<br /> the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged , the Grantors hereby grant
<br /> to the Grantees , their heirs and assigns : Full and free right and
<br /> liberty for Grantees and them, and their tenants , servants, visitors
<br /> and licensees , in common with the Grantors and Grantors ' successors ,
