EXECUTOR'S DEED
<br /> DONALD L. KUTSCHKAU, the duly appointed, qualified and acting Executor
<br /> under the probated Last Will and Testament and of the Estate of Cora Louisa
<br /> Kutschkau, deceased (also known as Cora L. Kutschkau, deceased) , as such
<br /> Executor, and pursuant to authority granted him by the Last' Will and Testa- '
<br /> ment of �ora Louisa Kutschkau, deceased, in consideration of the sum of
<br /> SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($7,000. 00) received �rom the Grantees, hereby grants,
<br /> bargains, sells, conveys and confirms unto ARCHIE R. BRIGHT AND ROSE MARIE
<br /> BRIGHT, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common,
<br /> the • following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> Lot �ive (5) in Block Eleven (11) in H. G. Clark's Add�tion to
<br /> the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, as surveyed, platt�d and
<br /> recorded, . �
<br /> together with all tenements, hereditaments and ap�urtenances thereto belong- '
<br /> ing unto the grantees, as joint tenants and nat as tenants in common, and
<br /> all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever of Cora
<br /> Louisa Kutschkau, deceased, the Testatrix, o�, in and to the �ore�oing
<br /> real estate.
<br /> The real estate conveyed by this Executor' s Deed �s conveXed and trans-
<br /> �erred subject to covenants, conditions, restr�ct�ons, rese�vations, ease�
<br /> ments of record, visible easements and zoning laws, rules, regulations and
<br /> ordinances of the Cit� of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises conveyed herebX unto the gxantees,
<br /> Ar;chie R. Bright and Rose Marie Bri�ht, husband and wife, as joint tenants
<br /> and not as tenants in' common. '
