EXECUTOR'S DEED EXECUTED PURSUANT TO PO4VER IN WILL
<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, , �
<br /> That I, A. Paul Johnson, of the County of Custer and State of Nebraska, as
<br /> Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Harry C. Yund, pursuant to the power conferred
<br /> upon me as such Executor by the Last Will and Testament of said Harry C. Yund, deceased,
<br /> to sell the real estate, hereinafter described, of which he, the said Harry C. Yund, was
<br /> seized and possessed at the time of his death, in consideration of the sum of Eighty-f.ive
<br /> Hundred Dollars ($8500.00) to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
<br /> do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Eldon E. Ervin and Dor.othy M. F.rvin,
<br /> husband and wife, as joint tenants, and not tenants in common, and with right of survivorship,
<br /> the following described real estate situated in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit�
<br /> ' A tract of land comprising all of Lot Six (6), EXCEPTthe easterly Three (3.0) feet
<br /> of the northerly Thirty (30.0) feet thereof; and the westerly Four (4.0? feet of the
<br /> southerly One Hundred Two (102. 0) feet of Lot Seven (71, all in Block Five (5),
<br /> Russel Wheelers Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
<br /> any way appertaining.
<br /> To have and to hold Che above described premises unto the said Eldon E. Ervin
<br /> and Dorothy M. Ervin, husband and wife, as joint tenants, and not tenants in common, and
<br /> with right of sur.vivorship, and to their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, forever.
<br /> And I do hereby, in my capacity as �xecutor as aforesaid, and pursuant in the
<br /> powers so conferred upon me by the Last Will and Testament of said Harry C. Yund, as afore-
<br /> said, convenant with the said Eldon E. Ervin and Dorothy M. Ervin, husband and wife, that t
<br /> am, by virtue of the power aforesaid, lawfully seized of the above described premises as such
<br /> Executor as aforesaid, that they are free from all encumbrances, and that I, in my capacity as
