<br /> ' FRED WOHLMAN and LULA WOHLMAN, husband and wife, herein called
<br /> the Grantors, in consideration of Three Thousand Eight Hundred and
<br /> No/100 Dollars ($3,800.00) received from Grantees, do grant, bargain,
<br /> sell, convey and confirm unto BLAINE WOHLMAN and MARY WOHLMAN, hus-
<br /> band and wife, as joint �enants with riqht of survivorship and not
<br /> as tenants in common, the following described real property in Hall .
