<br />The undersigned, being the Successor Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on May 1, 2009,
<br />as Document number 0200903314 in the records of Ha11 County, Nebraska, by ALMI,UK TOTO AND SALVA A
<br />SAKCUL TOTO, A/K/A SALUA A. TOTO, HLJSBAND AND WIFE as Trustors, in which MORTGAGE
<br />ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of
<br />an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, and the nature of such breach is
<br />the Trustor's failure to malce debt payments as they became due. You are hereby notified that because of such
<br />default, the indebtedness secwed by said Trust Deed is accelerated and as of October 1, 2009, is in the amount of
<br />$101,346.36, plus interest thereafter. You are further notified that because of such default, the undersigned has
