Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation by assignment recorded on October 9, 1998 at Instrument No. 98-109945 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. on March 27, 2008 by assignment recorded on April 29, 2008 at Instrument No. 200803572 in the offi.ce of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
