Said Deed <br />of Trust was filed for record on October 9, 1998 at Instrument No. <br />98-109944 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Commercial Federal <br />Mortgage Corporation by assignment recorded on October 9, 1998 at <br />Instrument No. 98-109945 in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Wells <br />Fargo Bank, N.A. on March 27, 2008 by assignment recorded on April <br />29, 2008 at Instrument No. 200803572 in the offi.ce of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the <br />nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt <br />payments as they became due, or (2.) pay taxes. You are hereby <br />notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by <br />said trust deed is accelerated.
