<br />THIS MODIFICATION OF DEED OF TRUST dated February 23, 2012, is made and executed
<br />between StratFord Plaza, LLC, a Colorado Limited Liabilty Company, whose address is 3333
<br />Ramada Rd, Grand Island, NE 68801 ("Trustor") and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association,
<br />whose address is Grand Island - Main, 304 W. 3rd Street, Grand Island, NE 68801 ("Lender").
<br />DEED OF TRUST. Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust dated January 14, 2005 (the "Deed of TrusY')
<br />which has been recorded in Hall County, 5tate of Nebraska, as follows:

<br />REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in Hall Couniy,
<br />State of Nebraska:

<br />EXCEPTING therefrom a tract of land more particulary described in Deed recorded as Docximent No. 200007531
<br />The Reat Property or its address is commony known as 3333 Ramada Road, Grand Island, NE 68801. The Real
<br />Property tax identificetion number is 400143127.
<br />MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modiy the Deed of Trust as follows:
<br />The Deed of Trust Is hereby modifled to r�flaet that in addfUon to the note d�scribed in the Deed oi Trust, It also
<br />secures that certaln promissory not� dated February 23, 2012 ( the "Addkional Note") made by the (3rantor in the
<br />face amount of $624,620.00 payable to the Lender, and having a maturity date of March 1f>, 2017. All
<br />referenws in the Deed of Trust to the "Note" ahall henc�forth be deemed to (nclud� the AddtUonal Note and any
<br />extenslons, renewals, modifications, refinancings, consolidaUons and substRuUons thereof.
<br />The Maximum Secured amount of this Deed of Trust is incxeasing from $737,475.99 to $1,261,995.90 for a total
<br />increase of $524,520.00. This Deed of Trust also secures a Note dated March 31, 2011 in the amount of
<br />$1,300,000.00 with a maturiry date of April 15, 2016 with a current balance of $737,475.99. .
<br />CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain
<br />unchanged and in full force and effect. Conser�t by Lender to this Modiflcation does not waive Lender's right to require
<br />strict performance of the Deed of Trust as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications.
<br />Nothing in this Modification shatl constitute a satlsfaction of the promissory note or other credit agreement secured by
