Bartenbach and Marla P. <br />Bartenbach, Husband and Wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the <br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, <br />Nebraska, as Instnament No. 98-105082 on the 29�' day of May, 1998, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of <br />Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING A PART OF THE NORTH HALF OF THE <br />NORTHWEST QUARTER (N1/2NW1/4) OF SECTION TWENTY SIX (26), TOWNSHIP <br />ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6 P.M.
