<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated May 28, J
<br />2010, executed by Dana A Labenz , A Single Person Trustor(s), in which CORNERSTONE BANK, is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded May 28, 2010 in Instrument #
<br />0201003695 of Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has
<br />received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by
<br />such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have
<br />been sunendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation.
