<br /> Grantors, in consideration of Four �housand Four Hundred Fifty & no/100
<br /> - ---�$4,450:�00) Dollars, received from Grantees, do gran�, bargain, se11,
<br /> convey, and confirm unto Peter E. Blomstedt and Myrtle E. Blomstedt,
<br /> as joint tenants with right of survivorship, the following described
<br /> real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> Lot Five (5) , in Block One Hundred Thirty (130) in -
<br /> Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to
<br /> the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> subject to any easements and restrictive covenants
<br /> of record.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises together w�ith all
<br /> tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the
<br /> Grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns of the sur-
<br /> vivor of them, forever.
<br /> Grantors hereby covenant with the Grantees and with their assigns
<br /> and with the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them, that Grantors
<br /> are the duly appointed, qualif ied, and acting co-executors under the
<br /> Last Will and Testament of Emma G. Sallinger, deceased, under an ap-
<br /> pointment of the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska in Estate No.
<br /> 8111 now pending in said Court; that they are authorized under the
<br /> i provisions of the Will of said deceased to sell said premises and,
<br /> � thereby, have good right and lawful authority to hereby convey the
<br /> i same; and the Grantors warrant and defend the title to said premises
<br /> � against the 1aw�u1 claims of all persons whomsoever; that the Grantors
<br /> � are lawfully seized of said premises and that the same are free from
<br /> ; encumbrance, excepting any easements and restrictive covenants of
<br /> ' record, and they warrant, that any liens against said premises arising
<br /> � from said estate proceedings have been or will be promptly paid.
