<br /> � Bank of Grand Island, as Executor of the estate of Kathryn Bic�ley,
<br /> Deceased, and pursuant to authority qranted it by the Last Z^,ill and
<br /> ; Testament of Kathryn Biqley, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00)
<br /> ' and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid to it by the
<br /> ; Grantees, hereby grants, conveys and confirms unto ALVIN L. WAGNER
<br /> and ARLENE K. WAGNER, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as
<br /> tenants in common, the following described premises, situated in
<br /> ' Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:

<br /> the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple title to
<br /> the real estate described herein shall vest in the surviving Grantee.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises unto the
<br /> said Alvin L. Waqner and Arlene K. Wagner, husband.,and wife, as joint
<br /> tenants and not as tenants in common, and to their assigns, or to the
<br /> heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever, and th� Grantor
<br /> , hereby covenants that the premises are fr�e and clear of any lien or
<br /> encumbrance caused by any claim for taxes levied against the estat�
<br /> of Kathryn Bigley, Deceased, and does hereby warrant that it will
<br /> defend the said premises against lawful claims and demands of all
