<br /> confirm. unto LARRY J. PLACKE and KAY L. PLACKE, husband and wife, as

<br /> An undivided one-half interest in and to the following described

<br /> A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter of the North-

<br /> North, Range Nine (9) , West of the 6th P.M. , in the City of Grand Island,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows :

<br /> Street; thence running Southwesterly along the Southerly line of Anna

<br /> Grantees and to Grantees ' heirs and assigns forever.
<br /> It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event of the
<br /> death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple title to the real
<br /> estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee.
