<br /> � Jerry R. Mc�onald and Shirley E. Mc�onald, husband and wife, as
<br /> ,joint ter�ants with. right of survivorship, and not as tenants in
<br /> comrnon, the following described premises, situated in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, to-wit: _ .

<br /> � together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtensnces there-
<br /> unto belonging, and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim
<br /> or demand whatsoever of the said testator of, in and to the same,
<br /> or any part thereof.
<br /> . The intention of all parties hereto is that in the event of the
<br /> death of either of the grantees, the entire fee simple ti.tle to the
<br /> real estate described herein shall vest in the surviving grantee.,
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises unto the said
<br /> Jerry R. Mcllonald and Shirley E. Mci�onald, husband and wife, as
<br /> • 3oint tenants, and not as tenants in common, and to their assigns,
<br /> or to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them, forever, and
<br /> th� grantor hereby covenants that the premises are free and clear .
<br /> of any lien or encurnbrance caused by any claim for taxes levied
<br /> against the estate of Soren Hansen, deceased, ax�d does hereby
<br /> warrant that it �ill defend the said premises against lawful claims
<br /> and de�nands of all persons claiming by, through or under it.
<br /> In witness whereof, the said Anton Wieczorek, Executor of the
