<br /> as joint tenants with right of surviorship and not as tenants in common, herein

<br /> — vacated by Ordinance No. 4�932 of the City of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, and being in Dill and Huston's Addition in said

<br /> the west line of Block Eight (8) in Dill and Huston's Addition
<br /> from the south line of Tenth (10th) Street to the south line
<br /> of said Dill and Huston's Addition, containing 2,520 square
<br /> feet., more or less, said vacated street as shown on the attached _
<br /> plat marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein

<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises, together with all tenements,
