<br /> Everett Hadenfeldt, of Hall County, Nebraska, the sole Administrator Witb
<br /> Will Annexed of the Will and Estate of Hulda Eickhoff, deceased, for and in con-
<br /> sideration of the sum of Twenty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty & No/100
<br /> ($24,960.00) Dollars, in hand paid, does hereby grant, bargain, sell , convey, and
<br /> confirm unto RICHARD A. MUHLBACH, JR. , AND DIANN k. MUHLBACH, HUSBAND AND WIFE,
<br /> as joint tenants, with raght of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the
<br /> following-described real property in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> The Southwest Quarter (SW;) of Section Seventeen (17), in Township
<br /> Eleven (11) , North, Range Twelve (12), West of the Sixth P.M. , in
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> _together with all of the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to the same
<br /> belonging, subject to any building restrictions or existing easements.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, such real property unto such Richard A. Muhlbach, Jr.
<br /> and Diann R. Muhlbach, and to their assigns forever; .
<br /> And such Everett Hadenfeldt, for himself, his heirs, administrators, and
<br /> assigns, does covenant with and warrant to such Richard A. Muhlbach, Jr. , and Diann
<br /> R. Muhlbach, that he is the only constituted, qualified, and acting Administrator With
<br /> Will Annexed, of the Last Will and Testament of such Hulda Eiclehoff, deceased, and
<br /> has power thereunder to convey as aforesaid, and has in all respects acted in making
<br /> this conveyance, in pursuance of the authority granted in and by such Will and Tes-
<br /> tament; that he has not made, done, or suffered any act, matter or thing whatsoever,
<br /> ' since he was such Administrator With Will Annexed, whereby the above-granted real
<br /> property or any part hereof, is, shall , or may be impaired, charged, or encumbered
<br /> in any manner whatsoever. -
<br /> It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event of the death of
<br /> either of the grantees, the entire fee title to this real property shall vest in the
<br /> surviving grantee.
