<br /> �_Island, Nebraska , a corporation organized and existing under and
<br /> by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska , in consideration
<br /> of Five Thousand Dollars ($5 ,000.00) received from Grantees , does
<br /> quitclaim, bargain , grant , sell , convey and confirm unto Francis
<br /> J . Gauthier and ShariM. Gauthier, husband and wife , as joint tenants
<br /> with right of survivorship , and not as tenants in common , the fol -
<br /> low-ing described real property in Hall County , Nebraska :
<br /> An undivided one-half interest in and to the following
<br /> described real property :
<br /> . A tract of land comprising a : part of the Northeast Quarter of
<br /> the Northeast Quarter (NE4NE4) of Section Twenty-one (21 ) ,
<br /> Township Eleven ( 11 ) North , Range Nine (9) West of the 6th
<br /> P .P�. , in the City of Grand Island , Hall County , Nebraska , and
<br /> more particularly described as follows : �
<br /> First , to ascertain the point of beginning , start at the
<br /> intersection of the Westerly line of Elm Street with the
<br /> Southerly line of Anna Street ; thence running Southwesterly
<br /> along the Southerly line of Anna Street a distance of Three
<br /> Hundred Thirty-four ( 334.0) feet to the ACTUAL point of be-
<br /> ginning ; also being a point on the West line of Cleburn Street

<br /> It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event
<br /> of the death of either of the Grantees , the entire fee simple title to the
<br /> real estate shall vest in the surviving grantee .

<br /> unto the grantees and to their assigns , or to the {ieirs and assigns
