<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS , that in pursuance of an
<br /> Order of the Honorable Donald H . Weaver , Judge of the District
<br /> Court of Hall County , Nebraska , made on the 14th day of August ,
<br /> 1970 , I was licensed. by said Judge to sell at public auction
<br /> in the manner provided by law , the real estate hereinafter des-
<br /> cribed ; that thereupon I gave notice of the time and place of
<br /> sai d s ale as requi red by 1 aw and at the ti me and pl ace therei n
<br /> specified , after said sa1e had been held open one hour I sold
<br /> said real estate at public auction to D. A. GEIL , he being the
<br /> highest bidder therefor, that said sale was thereupon reported
<br /> to said Judge of the District Court and by him in all things
<br /> confirmed and I was ordered to make a Deed of said premises to
<br /> said purchaser.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE , I , Donald L. Abraham, Administrator of the
<br /> Estate of Sophie Schmidt , deceased, on consideration of the pre-
<br /> mises and the sum of One Thousand Fifty Dollars ($1 ,050 .00) ,
<br /> subject to the existing real estate taxes in default and the o.ut-
<br /> standing mortgage indebtedness , so bid and paid and assumed by
<br /> D. A. Geil and by virtue of the power entrusted in me by said
<br /> Order and proceedings do by these presents grant , sell and con-
<br /> vey unto the said D. A. Geil and unto his heirs and assigns , the
<br /> real estate described as follows , to-wit :
<br /> Lot Three ( 3) , in Block Sixty-five (65� , in Wheeler
<br /> and Bennett ' s Second Addition to the City of Grand
<br /> Island , Hall County , Nebraska , as surveyed, platted
<br /> and recorded ,
<br /> with all the appurtenances thereto belonging , to have and to hold
<br /> the same unto him the said D. A. Geil and to his heirs and assians
<br /> forever.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand this���
