<br /> ' THIS DEED, made and executed this �D.-c� day of February, 1971,
<br /> by and between Everett Hadenfeldt, Administrator With Will Annexed
<br /> � of the La.st Will and Testament and Estate of Hu1da Eickhoff, Deceased,
<br /> late of Hall County, Nebraska, Party of the First �Part and Elsie E.
<br /> Moss, Party of the Second Part,
<br /> W I T N E S S E T H:
<br /> That the Party of the First Part, being the duly appointed,
<br /> qualified and acting Administrator With Will Annexed of the Estate
<br /> of HuTda Eickhoff, -under her Last Will and Testament, which is of
<br /> record in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and under and
<br /> by virtue of the power and authority granted to him under such Will,
<br /> and in consideration of the sum of Forty Thousancl And No/100 Dollars
<br /> ($40,000,00) to him paid by the Party of the Second Part, receipt
<br /> whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant,
<br /> bargain, sell, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Party
<br /> of the Second Part the following described real estate situate in
<br /> the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> The East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E'�SE 4)
<br /> of Section 'Itaenty-One (21), in Township Eleven
<br /> (11) North, Range Zfaelve (12) West of the Sixth
<br /> . (6th) P.M, , Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
<br /> appurtenances thereunto belonging or �n any wise appertaining thereto
<br /> and also all of the estate, right, title., interest, property, �
<br /> possession, claim and demand whatso.ever which the said Hulda Eickhoff
<br /> had in her lifetime and at ,the time of her death and which the Party
<br /> of the First Part has, by vir"tue of said Last Will and Testament, or
<br /> otherwise, of, in, or to the above granted premises and every part
<br /> and parcel< thereof with the appurtenances.
<br /> TO HAVE AND T0 HOLD the above described premises together �with
<br /> � all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
<br /> unto the Second Party and to hex heirs and assigns forever. . -
<br /> And I, Everett Hadenfeldt, for myself, my :heirs, executors and
<br /> � administrators do covena�.t, promise and agree to: and with t he Party
<br /> of the Second Part that I am lawfully the Administrator With Will
<br /> Annexed of the Last Will and Testament of Hulda Eickho€f, Decea,sed,
<br /> and that as such, I .am`lawfuily seiz�d of said. premises, that` said
<br /> , premises are free from .en�umbrarices, and that i have the pocaer to
