QUITCLAIM DEED <br /> The City of Grand Island., Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation <br /> in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), <br /> does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto <br /> ROBERT L. HATFIELD and MARLYS E.
