QUITCLAIM DEED
<br /> The City of Grand Island., Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation
<br /> in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00),
<br /> does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto
<br /> ROBERT L. HATFIELD and MARLYS E. HATFIELD,
<br /> as joint tenants with right of surviorship and not as tenants in common, herein
<br />. called the Grantees, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast
<br /> Quarter (SW4NE4) of Section Seventeen (17), Township Eleven
<br /> (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. , Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br /> _ Beginning at a point on the west line of said Southwest
<br /> Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW4NE4) and its junction with
<br /> � the east prolongation of the south line of the north fourteen
<br /> (1�) feet of Lot Two (2), Block Sixteen (16) in West View, an •
<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; thence running
<br /> north on the west line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast
<br /> Quarter (SW4NE4) for a distance of forty-seven and forty-three
<br /> hundredths (�7.�3) feet; thence deflecting to the right and running
<br /> � southeasterly on a curved line, concaved easterly for a distance

<br /> curved line being a portion of a curve commencing at the northeast

<br /> hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantees and Grantees'
<br /> successors and assigns forever, provided and conditioned that the City of Grand
<br /> Island reserves for the public the east sixteen (16) feet of the west sixty-seven
<br /> (67) feet of the aforedescribed tract of land for a public utility easement, to
<br /> construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and remove public utilities,
<br /> including but not limited to, sanitary sewer mains, water mains, underground
<br /> telephone lines, manholes, and other appurtenances in, underneath, and through
<br /> said easement, together with the right of ingress and eg-ress through and across
<br /> the easement area for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted. No
<br /> improvements, structures, or buildings of any kind whatsoever shall be allowed,
<br /> except hardsurfaced driveways, sidewalks and fences, in, upon, or over the said
<br /> easement.
