<br /> The City of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal carporation
<br /> in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00),
<br /> does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, se11, and convey unto
<br /> � HARRY F< BRENGLEMAN and ROSE C. BRENGLEMAN,
<br /> as joint tenants with right of surviorship and not as tenants in common, herein
<br /> called the Grantees, the fol�owing described real property in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska:
<br /> Part of platted' Beta Street, vacated by Ordinance No.
<br /> �932 of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, being the west
<br /> twenty-five (25) feet of the south one hundred-twenty (120)
<br /> feet of said Beta Street, adjacent to and lying north from
<br /> the north line of Tenth (10th) Street, all in Dill and Huston's
<br /> Addition in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises, together with all tenements,
<br /> hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantees and Grantees' �
<br /> successors and assigns forever, provided and conditioned, that the City of Grand
<br /> Island reserves the east five (5) feet of the west twenty-five (25) feet of the
<br /> south one hundred twenty (�20) feet of said vacated Beta Street for a public
<br /> utility easement to be used to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair,
<br /> � replace, and remove storm drainage lines, overhead and underground electric
<br /> distribution lines, manholes, and other appurtenances therefor in, upon, over, �
<br /> underneath, and through said described easement, together with the right of ingress
<br /> and egress through and across the easement area, for the purpose of exercising the
<br /> rights herein granted. No improvements,- structures, or buildings of any kind
<br /> whatsoever shall be allowed in, upon, or over the easement herein retained, except
<br /> fences, sidewalks, and hardsurfaced driveways shall be allowed in, upon, 'or over
<br /> the easement herein retained, provided arid conditioned, that when said fences, -
<br /> sidewalks, or hardsurfaced driveways need to be removed to service said utilities,
<br /> they shall be removed and replaced at the property owner's �expense, said portion
<br /> of vacated Beta Street and the publie utility easement therein retazned ar.e as
