<br /> 74601, for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars
<br /> ($100.00) in hand paid, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey
<br /> and confirm unto COMAP, INC. , a Delaware corporation with an
<br /> office at 100 West Tenth Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, all
<br /> of the real property and premises situated in Hal1
<br /> County, Nebraska, described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
<br /> made a part hereof, such real property and premises being here-
<br /> inafter referred to as "premises" ;
<br /> Excepting and reserving, however, all of the oil, gas
<br /> and other minerals in and under the premises;
<br /> Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and ap=
<br /> purtenances to the same belonging and all the estate, title,
<br /> claim or demand whatsoever of Continental Oil Company of, in, or
<br /> to the same or any part thereof.
<br /> And for the same consideration, Continental Oil Company
<br /> does hereby bargain, sell, transfer and convey unto COMAP, Inc. ,
<br /> its successors and assigns, all of the equipment of whatever char-
<br /> acter owned by Continental Oil Company and now located on the
<br /> premises.
<br /> � TO HAVE AND `�O HOLD the above described premises with
<br /> the appurtenances to the said COMAP, Inc. , its successors and
<br /> assigns, forever; and the said Continental Oil Company, for it- �
<br /> self, its successors and assigns; does covenant with the said
<br /> COMAP, Inc. , and with its successors and assigns that it is law-
<br /> fully seized of the premises; that the premises are free from
<br /> encumbrances; that it has good right and lawful authority to sell
<br /> the same; and that it and its successors and assigns warrant and
<br /> defend the same unto the said COMAP, Inc. , its successors and
<br /> assigns, forever, against the lawful claims of all persons whom-
<br /> soever.
