<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT we, FLOYD DEAN MORRIS AND
<br /> MILDRED C. MORRIS, husband and wife, jointly and severally and each in his own
<br /> right, of the County of Hall , State of Nebraska, for and in consideration of the
<br /> sum of Six Thousand Eighty-seven and 47/100 Dollars ($6, 087, 47) and other.valuable
<br /> consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby sell and convey unto
<br /> ADMINISTRATOR OF VETERANS AFFAIRS OF WASHINGTON, D,C, , his successors

<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Ne.braska
<br /> together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging, free and clear of all encumbrances
<br /> except a first mortgage in favor of First Federal Savings and L•oan Association of
<br /> Lincoln, Lincoln, Nebraska, in the principal sum of Six Thousand Eight Hundred and
<br /> No/100 Dollars ($6, 800. 00), dated April 1, 1964 and filed for record April 1, 1964, in
<br /> Book 133 at Page 583 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and easements
<br /> and restrictions of record, and do covenant to warrant and defend the said premi�es
<br /> against any act of said grantors or any other person claiming through or under it. The
<br /> grantors further covenant that this conveyance is and does constitute an absolute
<br /> conveyance of title to the premises to the grantee herein in effect as well as form, and
<br /> is not•intended as a mortgage, trust conveyance, or as security of any kind ar�d that
<br /> possession of the premises is delivered concurrently herewith. And the said grantors
