<br /> DOROTHY BROWN and ELIZABETH M. HENRY, as joint tenants with,
<br /> ri ht of survivorshi and not as tenants in common
<br /> �l�e following deseribed real estate, situated in the County of Ha11, and
<br /> State of Nebraska, to wit:
<br /> Zot Two (2), in Block A, in Boehm's Subdiv3.sion
<br /> in the C3ty of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br /> belongin�; and also a11 the right, estate, title, interest, property,
<br /> possession, elaim and demand whatsoever, which the sa3.d testator had in his
<br /> lif�time, and at the time of his death, in which the said grantor ha_s by
<br /> virtue of the said Zast Will and Testament, or otherwise, of, in or to the
<br /> above granted premises, and every part and parcel thereof, with the appur-
<br /> tenances.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOZD the above described prem3.ses with all of
<br /> the hereditaments and appurtenances thereof, unto the said grantee, and to
<br /> her heirs and assigns, forever.
<br /> The gran.tor, for hersel�, her heirs, executors and adminis-
<br /> trators, does covenant, promise and undertake to and with the grantee, her
<br /> heirs and assigns, that she is the lawful executrix of the Zast Will and
<br /> Testament of Raymond W, Fillmore, deceased, and has power to convey as
<br /> aforesaid, and has in all respects, aeted, in making this conveyance, in
<br /> pursuanee of the auth�rity granted in and by the said I,ast Will and Testa-
<br /> ment; and that she has not made, done or suffered any act, matter or thing �
<br /> whatsoever, since she was executrix, as aforesaid, whereby the above granted
<br /> premises, or any part thereof, are, sha11 or may be impeached, charged ox
<br /> encumbered, in any mar�ner whatsoever, and the grantor hereby covenants that
<br /> the premises are free and clear of any lien or encumbrance caused by any
