<br /> KNOW A�.L MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Ordella H. Ruff, as
<br /> executrix of the'; estate of Ernest W. Schinkel, deceased, being the duly

<br /> and in pursuance� of the power and authority granted and conf erred upon
<br /> me, under the teirms of the Last Will and Testament of Ernest W. Schinkel, •
<br /> deceased, whichjsaid Last Will and Testament was duly admitted 'to pro-
<br /> bate in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and is of record in
<br /> said office, and in consideration of the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED AND NO/100
<br /> DOLLARS ($800.OQ) , do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
<br /> unto Richard D. ';Kensinger and Lucile A. Kensinger, husband and wife, as
<br /> joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common,
<br /> the following d�scribed real estate, situated in Hall County, Nebraska,
