<br /> as executrix of the estate of ERNEST W. SCHINKEL, DECEASED, being the duly
<br /> appointed, qualified and acting executrix of the estate on this date, and in
<br /> pursuance of the power and authority granted and conf erred upon me, �nder the
<br /> terms of the Last 'Will and Testament of Ernest W. Schinkel,. deceased, which
<br /> said Last Will and Testament was duly admitted to probate in the County Court
<br /> of Hall County, N�braska, and is of record in said office, and in consideration
<br /> of the mutual agreements madein a settlement agreement and other valuable con-
<br /> sideration, do hereby grant, bargain, se�,l, convey and confirm unto Eileen E.
<br /> Schinkel, the following described real estate, situated in the Court of Hall,
<br /> and State of Nebraska, to-wit:

<br /> Last Will and Testament, or otherwise, of, in or to the above granted premises,

<br /> the hereditaments and appurtenances thereof, unto the said grantee, and to
<br /> her heirs and assigns, forever.
<br /> The grantor, for hErself, her heirs, executors and adminis-
<br /> trators, does covenant, promise and undertake to and with the grantee, her
<br /> heirs and assigns, 'that she is the lawful executrix of the Last Will and Testa-
<br /> ment of Ernest W. ' Schinkel, deceas�d, and has power to convey as aforesaid,�
<br /> and has in all reSpects, acted, in making this conveyance, in pursuance of �
<br /> the authority grat��ed in and by the said Last Will and Testament; and that
<br /> she has not made,, do.ne or suffered any acz, matter or thing whatsoever, since
<br /> she was executrix, as aforesa�.d, whereby the above granted premises, or any
