QUITCLAIM DEED
<br /> The City of Grand Island, a municipal corporation, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> as Grantor, for One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, does hereby quit-
<br /> claim, grant, bargain, sell, convey, release, and confirm unto,
<br /> ' DELICIOUS FOODS CO.,
<br /> a Nebraska corporation, herein called the Grantee, the following described real

<br /> immediately north of, and adjacent to the north line
<br /> of Lot One (1) , being two hundred ninety and six-tenths
