<br /> The Grantor, Delicious Foods Co., a Nebraska corporation, in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) received from Grantee, does grant,
<br /> bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the
<br /> CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br /> a municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein called the
<br /> Grantee, the following described real propert� in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br /> Quarter �NWµSW4� of Section Four (�), Township Eleven (11)
<br /> North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br /> Being a tract of land seven (7) feet in width and two
<br /> hundred eighty-nine (289) feet in length, lying immediately
