<br /> The grantors, CATHRYN ARMSTRONG and RICHARD ARMSTRONG� the duly
<br /> appointed, qualified and acting Trustees of the Trust Estate o� George J.
<br /> Armstrong, deceased, pending in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> Trust Estate No. 1380, Letters of Trusteeship having been duly issued to
<br /> them on June 29, 1970, acting under the Last �ill and Testament of George
<br /> J. Armstrong, deceased, which was duly �roved and admitted to probate by
<br /> the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, do, by virtue and in execution of
<br /> the power and authority given in and by the Last �ill and Testament of George
<br /> J. Armstrong, deceased, and of every other power and authority possessed by
<br /> them as such Trustees, in consideration of the sum of �IFTY-�IVE THOUSAND
<br /> DOLLARS ($55,000.00) , paid to them by the grantee, hereinafter named, receipt
<br /> whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, confirm
<br /> and quitclaim to NICK JAMSON ENTERPRISES, INC. , A NEBRASKA CORPORATION, the
<br /> following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-tirit:
<br /> An undivided one-half interest in and to the Southerly fifty-five
<br /> (55) feet of the Easterly half of Lot Seven (7) and the Southerly �
<br /> fifty-five (55) feet of all of Lot Eight (8) , all in Block Sixty-
<br /> five (65) , Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, and
<br /> An undivided one-half interest in and to the [�lest one hundred
<br /> fifty-nine (159) feet of the East two hundred thirty-one (231)
<br /> feet of the West two hundred sixty-four (264) feet of Lot Thirteen
<br /> (13) , County Subdivision of the [niest Half of the Southvaest Quarter
<br /> (W 2SW4) , Section Fifteen (15) , Township Eleven (11� North, Range
<br /> Nine (9) , West of the 6th P.M. , in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> Count�, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof,
<br /> together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
<br /> subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservati.ons, and easements of
<br /> record, visible easements. and zoning laws, rules, regulati,ons and ordinances .
