<br /> I, the undersigned, Jennie E. Mirras, a single person, of
<br /> the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, for and in consideratio� of
<br /> One Dollar ( $1.00) , love and affection, do hereby grant, bargain, sell
<br /> and convey and confirm unto Helene Peterson and Mary Boosalis, as tenants
<br /> in common, the following described real estate situated in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> Lot Seven (7) in Block Fif teen (15) in Baker's
<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together
<br /> with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
<br /> unto the said Helene Peterson and Mary Boosalis and to their heirs and
<br /> assigns forever. And I hereby covenant with the said Grantees and
<br /> witl� their heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seised of said premises,
<br /> that they are free from encumbrance, and have good right and lawful
<br /> authority to sell the same, and I hereby covenant to warrant and
<br /> defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all
