<br /> REFEREE'S DEED
<br /> KNOW ALL ME� BY THESES PRESENTS THAT:
<br /> WHEREAS, in an action of partition pending in the District
<br /> Court of Hall County, Nebraska wherein Edward Staal was plaintiff,
<br /> and Naomi R. Staal, et al, were defendants, being Case No. 17332,
<br /> f or the partition of the premises hereinafter described, the
<br /> undersigned referee, appointed by said court to make partition
<br /> of said real estate, made report in writing, duly signed, setting
<br /> forth that partition of said lands could not be made without
<br /> great prejudice to the owners thereof, which report was duly
<br /> examined by said court, and said court being satisfied therewith
<br /> confirmed the same, and thereupon made an order and caused the
<br /> same to be entered, directing me as said referee to sell said
<br /> premises at pablic sale.
<br /> Pursuant to said order I caused a notice to be published
<br /> in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper printed and
<br /> in general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, that I would
<br /> - offer said premises for sale at the court house in said county
<br /> on the 5th day of November, 1970 at 2:00 o' clock p.m, of said ,
<br /> day, and at the time and place stated in said notice, and after �
<br /> said notice had been published for more than thirty days, I
<br /> offered said premises, to-wit:
<br /> North Fifty-Five Feet (N55' ) of the South One Hundred
<br /> Ten Feet (S110' ) of Block Four (4) Koehler Subdivision
<br /> in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being a part
<br /> • of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of the Southwest Quarter
<br /> , (SW%4) of Section Fifteen (15) , Township Eleven (11) .
<br /> North, Range Nine (9) , West of the 6th p.M. , and a part
<br /> of Lot Fourteen (14) , of County Subdivision of the West
<br /> � Half (W�) of the Southwe st Quarter (SW�) of Section
<br /> Fifteen (15) , Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine
<br /> (9) , West of the 6th P.M. , in Hall County, Nebraska, .
<br /> f or sale at public auction and received the bid of Elmer L.
<br /> Morhain in the amount of Eight Thousand Two Hundred ($8,200.00)
<br /> Dollars, which was the highest bid offered for said premises
<br /> ' at said sale. Afterwerds, on the 20th day of November, 1970,
<br /> hearing was had by said court for tYie confirmation of seid sale
