<br /> Norma. J.; Cunningham of Grand Island, Tiall County, Nebraska, Executrix of the Last Will
<br /> and Testainent of Martha E. Aden, deceased, late of Hall County, State of Nebraska, party
<br /> of the First Part, and Robert L. Wissel and Patricia E, Wissel, husband and wife, as
<br /> joint tenants, not tenants in common, with the right of survivorship, of Grand Island,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, Parties of the Second Part: •
<br /> WITNESSETH, that the said Party of the First Part, the duly appointed, qttalified
<br /> and acting Executor of the Estate of Martha E, Aden, deceased, under her Last W;ll and
<br /> Testament which is of record in the office of the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> by virtue of the power and authority, granted arid conferred upon her, under the said
<br /> Will, and in consideration of the sum of Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($8,500.00)
<br /> to her paid by the Parties of the Second Part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed
<br /> and acknowledged, does by these presents grant, bargain, se11, remise, release, alien,
<br /> convey and confirm unto the said Parties of the Second Part, and to their heirs and
<br /> assigns forever, all of the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> The Southerly fifty-three .(53) feet of the West Half of Lot One
<br /> (1) and the Southerly fifty-six (56) feet of the East HalF of
<br /> • r�ot �ne (1), all Block Four (4), in Charles Wasmer's Addition
<br /> to the City of Grand I�land, Hall County, Nebraska, subject to
<br /> , an easement granted in a Warranty Deed recorded in Book 131 at •
<br /> Page 613 of the Deed P,ecords of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> together witn all and singular the tenements, heredi�taments and appurtenances thereunto
<br /> belonging or in any�vise appertaining; and also all the estate, right, title, interest,
<br /> property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, which the said Testatrix had in her
<br /> lifetime, and at the time of her decease, and which the said Party of the First Part has,
<br /> by virtue of the said Last Will and Testament, or otherwise, of, in or to the above granted
<br /> premises, and every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances.
<br /> , To have and to hold said described premises with the hereditaments and appurtenances
<br /> thereof, unto the Parties of the Second Part and their heirs and assigns forever, and to
<br /> tne heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever.
<br /> And the said Party of the First Part, for herself, her heirs, executors and adminis-
<br /> trators, does covenant, promise and undertake to and with the said Parties of the Second
<br /> Part, their heirs and assigns� or the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them, that
<br /> she is lawfully the Executrix of the Last Wi11 and Testament of said Martha E. Aden,
<br /> deceased, and has power to convey as aforesaid, and has in all respects acted, in
<br /> making this conveyance, in pursuance of the authority granted in and by the said Last
<br /> G]ill and Testament; and that she has not made, done or suffered any act, matter or thing
<br /> whatsoever, since she was Executrix as aforesaid, whereby the above granted premises,
<br /> or any part thereof� are� shall or may be impeached, charged or encumbered, in any
<br /> manner whatsoever.
