QUITCLRIM DEED
<br /> CHARLES W. HOLDEN and BEATRICE A. HOLDEN, husband and wife,
<br /> herein called the Grantors, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00)
<br /> and other consideration received from Grantees, do quitclaim, grant,
<br /> barqain, sell, convey and confirm unto CHARLES W. HOLDEN and BEATRICE
<br /> A. HOLDEN, as tenants in common, herein called the Grantees, ;the
<br /> followinq described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> The Westerly Two-Thirds (W 2/3) or Forty-Four Feet
<br /> (44' ) of Lot Eight (8) , Block Fifty-Five ( 55) ,
<br /> Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the above described premises together
<br /> with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging •
<br /> unto the Grantees and to their respective heirs and assigns forever.
<br /> This conveyance is for the purpose of converting the title
<br /> from joint tenancy with survivorship to a tenancy in common.
