<br /> REFEREE'S DEED IN PARTITION
<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
<br /> Whereas, in an action of partition and to quiet title pending
<br /> in the District Court of Hall County, c�erein BARBARA M. MARTIN was plaintiff,
<br /> 'and WILLIAM W. SHUFELT, and all persons having or ciaiming to have any interest
<br /> in the following described real estate, to-wit: A part of Lots Ten and Eleven,
<br /> Home Subdivision City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly
<br /> described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Westerly Right-of-way line of
<br /> Wheeler Avenue, said point being One Hundred Ten and Seven Tenths (110.7) feet
<br /> southeasterly from the Northeast corner of said Lot �en Home Subdivision and a
<br /> point on the Southerly line of Eighteenth Street as surveyed through said Lot
<br /> Ten; thence running along and upon the South line of Eighteenth Street as surveyed,
<br /> for a distance of One Hundred Four feet to the actual point:of beginning; thence
<br /> running in a Southeasteriy direction on a line parallel with Wheeler Street for
<br /> a distance of One Hundred Thirty Two feet to the North line of the alley; thence
<br /> running Southwesterly o� and upon the North line of the alley for a distance of
<br /> Fifty-two feet; thence running Northwesteriy on a line parallel with Wheeler Street
<br /> for a distance of One Hundred Thirty-Two feet to a South line of Eighteenth Street;
<br /> thence running Northeasterly along and upon the South line of Eighteenth Street
<br /> for a distance of Fifty-Two feet to the point of beginning, real names unknown,
<br /> . were defendants for the partition of the premises hereinafter described, and also
<br /> ' were defendants in the same suit to quiet tiCle to said premises, the undersigned
<br /> referee, appointed by this Court to make partition of said real estate, ma'de
<br /> report in writing, duly signed, setting forth that partition of said real estate
<br /> could not be made without great prejudice to the owners thereof, which report
<br /> was duly examined by said court, and said court, being satisfied therewith,
<br /> . confirmed the same, and Chereupon made an order and caused the same to .be entered,
<br /> directing me, the undersigned, as said referee, to sell said real estate on the
<br /> following terms, to-wit: Twenty per cent cash on day of sale and the balance and
<br /> remainder upon confirmation by the court.
<br /> And in pursuance of said order of said court I caused a notice to
<br /> be pubiished in the Grand Island Daily Independent� a newspaper printed and in
<br /> general. circulation in Hall County, that I would offer said real estate and lands
<br /> for sale on the premises themselves on the 14th �ay of September, 1970, at 2:00
<br /> o�clock p. m. of said day; and at t"tie time and place stated in said notice, and -
<br /> after aaid.norice had been published •for more than thirty days, I orfered said
<br /> real estate and lands herein described for sale at public auction, and sold the
<br /> same to ItITA JABLONSKI for the sum of $18�100.U0, said person being the highest
<br /> hidder therefor. And afterwards, on the 25th day of September, 1970, said court
<br /> approved and confirmed said sale, and by an order directed the undersigned as said
<br /> referee to execute to said RITA JABLOI�SKI, a deed conveying said real estate and
<br /> lands to her.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, JUI�i+i STOkY, referee, in consideration of the
<br /> premises and the sum of $18,10U.00 so bid and paid b}� said kITA JABL02vSKI, and by
<br /> virtue of ttce powers vested in me by law, do by these presents, grant, seJ.l
<br /> and convey unto the said kITA JABLONSKI, and to her heirs and assigns, the real
<br /> esta�te described as follows:
