<br /> by the Last Will and Testament of Lloyd C. Kissel, which is of .
<br /> record in the Office of the Probate Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> in consideration of Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500.00)
<br /> in hand paid to h�r_ by the Grantees, hereby grants, conveys and con-
<br /> firms unto WILLIAM D. HADDIX and EULA MAE HADDIX, husband and wife,
<br /> as joint tenants, and not as tenants in common, the following
<br /> described premises situated in Ha11 County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> Lot Five (5) in Block One Hundred Forty-six Q.46) in
<br /> Union Pacific Railway Companyts Second Addition. to
<br /> the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> together with a11 tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances '
<br /> thereunto belonging, and all the estate, right, title, interest,
<br /> claim or demand whatsoever of the sai� Testator in and to the same
<br /> or any part thereof.
<br /> It is the intention of all parties hereto tha:: in the event
<br /> of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple
<br /> title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee.

<br /> said WILLIAM D. HADDIX and EULA MAE HADDIX, husband and wife, as
<br /> joint tenants and not as tenants in common, and to their assigns
<br /> forever. And the Grantor hereby covenants that she is lawfully
<br /> the Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Lloyd C. Kissel,
<br /> Deceased, and has power to convey as aforesaid, that said premises
<br /> are free from liens and encumbrances, including any lien of
<br /> encumbrance caused by any claim for any estate, inheritance or
<br /> personal taxes levied against the E"state of Lloyd G. Kissel, Deceased,
<br /> unpaid claims or claims for attorney's fees, fees of Executrix or
<br /> Court co�ts, and that she has in all resp��cts acted, in making this
<br /> conveyance, in pursuance with the authority granted in and by the
<br /> said Last Will and Testament and that she has not made, done or
<br /> suffered any act, manner or thing whatsoever, since she was Execu-
<br /> trix as aforesaid, whereby the above granted premises, or any part
<br /> thereof, are, shall or may be impeached, charged or encumbered in
<br /> any manner whatsoever.
