<br /> in consideration of correcting a mistaken deed description and eliminating
<br /> a cloud on the title, do quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
<br /> unto Allen L. Buettner and Martha E. Buettner, husband and wife, as joint
<br /> tenants and not as tenants in common, Grantees, the following described real
<br /> property in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br /> Range Ten (10) , West of the 6th P.M. , in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> more particularly described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point on the east line of said Northeast Quarter ,
<br /> (NEa) of Section Twenty-Seven (27) , said point being One Thousand
<br /> Two Hundred Twenty and Six-Tenths (1,220 .6) feet south of the
<br /> � Northeast corner of said Section Twenty-Seven (27) ; thence southerly
<br /> along and upon the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE4) a dis-
