<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That THE OVERLAND NATIONAL
<br /> BANK OF GRAND I��LAND, Grand Island, Nebraska, as Executor of the
<br /> estate of JENNIE VAN SKIKE JONES, Deceased, and pursuant to author-
<br /> ity granted it by the Last Will and Testament of Jennie Van Skike
<br /> Jones and Codici'ls thereto, in consideration of Sixteen Thousand
<br /> and No/100 Dollars ($16,000.00) in hand paid to it by the Grantees,
<br /> hereby grants, conveys and confirms unto LEE L. LAMPHEAR and
<br /> PHYLLIS M. LAMPHE,AR, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as
<br /> tenants in common, the following described premises, situated in
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit: ,
<br /> Lot Fifteen (15) , Block Four (4) , Ashton Place, an .
<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances there-
<br /> unto belonging, and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim
<br /> or demand whatsoever of the said testator of, in and to the same, or
<br /> any part thereof.
<br /> � The intention of all parties hereto is that in the event of the
<br /> death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple title to the
<br /> real estate describe,d herein shall vest in the surviving Grantee.

<br /> Lee L. Lamphear and�Phyllis M. Lamphear, husband and wife, as joint
<br /> tenants and not as tenants in common, and to their assigns, or to
<br /> the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them, forever, and the
<br /> Grantor hereby covenants that the premises are free and clear of any
<br /> lien or encumbrance caused by any claim for taxes levied against
<br /> the estate of Jennie Van Skike Jones, Deceased, an d does hereby
<br /> warrant that it will defend the said preinises against lawful claims
<br /> and demands of all persons claiming by, throuah or under it.
