<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: �--
<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, the undersigned is and at all times erein
<br /> mentioned has been the duly appointed, qualified, and acting
<br /> � Guardian of the Estate of Guy A. Waterbury, an incompetent, and,
<br /> WHEREAS, in a proceeding duly brought for that purpose,
<br /> the undersigned was duly licensed by the Honorable Donald H.
<br /> Weaver, Judge of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> �' to sell the following described real estate, to-wit:
<br /> Lot One (1), Block Eighty-four (84) of
<br /> Wheeler and Bennettts Fourth Addition to
<br /> ' the City of Grand Island, Ha11 County,
<br /> Nebraska, and, �
<br /> WHEREAS, after filing the proper bond and oath, and securing
<br /> the approval of said bond, the time for said sale was duly fixed,
<br /> � and after giving proper notice of the time and place of sale as
<br /> required by law, the undersigned on the 15th day of July, 1970,
<br /> at 1524 North Sycamore Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, commencing
<br /> ' at 4:00 p.m. , being the time and place specified in said notice,
<br /> ' � duly offered such real estate for sale at public vendue and
<br /> '� af ter keeping said sale open for one hour, duly sold said real
<br /> � estate to Charles E. Hoops and Della R. Hoops for the sum of
<br /> Seven Thousand One Hundred Fif ty and No/100 Dollars ($7,150.00) ,
<br /> they being the highest bidders therefor, which sale was there-
<br /> af ter auly confirmed by the District Court of Hall County, Ne-
<br /> � braska, and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the said Court at the time of confirmation of such
<br /> sale duly directed the undersigned on compliance by Charles E.
<br /> Hoops and Della R. Hoops with their bid, to make, execute, and
<br /> deliver to the said Charles E. Hoops and Della R. Hoops a deed
<br /> of conveyance of said real estate, conveying a?1 right, title,
<br /> and interest of said Guy A. Waterbury, an incompetent person, in
<br /> and to said real estate;
<br /> N4W, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum
<br /> of Seven Thousand One Hundred Fif ty and No/100 Dollars ($7,150.00)
<br /> in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the under-
<br /> signed hereby grants, bargains, sells, conveys, and confirms all
<br /> • right, title, and interest of the said Guy A. Waterbury, an in-
<br /> competent, unto Charles E. Hoops and Della R. Hoops, as joint
<br /> tenants with the right of survivorship and noi.: as tenants in
<br /> common, and hereby covenants that it has not made, done or
<br /> suffered any act, �a nner or thing whatsoever since it was Guardian
<br /> as aforesaid whereby the above granted premises, or any part
<br /> thereof, are, shall or may be impeached, charged or encumbered
<br /> in any manner whatsoever.
