<br /> MARALYN J. SPENCER, husband and wife, each in his and her own right

<br /> for and in consideration of the sum of Eighteen Thousand Two Hundred
<br /> and r1o/100 Dollars ($18,200.00) in hand paid do hereby grant, bargain,

<br /> with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances therEto belonging
