<br /> KAREN A. O'D�LL, husband and wife, each in his and her own right
<br /> and as spouse of the other, of the County of Hall and State of Plebraska,
<br /> for and in consideration of the sum of Two Thousand Nine Hundred
<br /> Thirty and No/100 Dollars ($2,930.00) , in hand paid do hereby grant,
<br /> bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto DAVID M. DeCAMP and KATHRXN
<br /> J. DeCA�P, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivor-
<br /> ship, and not as tenants in common, the following described real
<br /> property in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:

<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises togethe_r

<br /> unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns

<br /> And Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees and with
<br /> their assigns and with the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them
<br /> that Grantors are lawfully seised of said premises; that they are
<br /> free from encumbrance except for a first mortgage held by the Home
<br /> Federal Savings & Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, and
<br /> that Grantors have good ri_qht and lawful authority to convey the same;
