<br /> THIS DEED made and executed this ��_ day of ,

<br /> and Testament of Claus A. Tagge, Deceased, late of airo, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, Party of the First Part, and JOHN F. MAIER
<br /> and EDNA R. MAIEIZ, husband and wife, Parties of the Second
<br /> Part,
<br /> W I T N E S S E T H:
<br /> . That the Party of the First Part, being the duly appointed,
<br /> qualified, and acting Executrix of the Estate of Claus A. Tagge,
<br /> Deceased, under his Last Will and Testament, which is of record
<br /> in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, under a3zd by virtue
<br /> of the power and authority granted to her under such Wi11, and in
<br /> . consideration of the sum of TWO THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS
<br /> ($2,000.00) to her paid by the Parties of the Second Part, re-
<br /> ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents,
<br /> - grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto
<br /> the Parties of the Second Part, as j��int tenants with the right
<br /> of survivorship, aaid not as tenants in common, the following de-
<br /> • scribed real estate situate in the County of Hall, State of
<br /> Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> Lot Four (4) in Block Nine (9) , Original
<br /> Town of Cairo, Hall �ounty, Nebraska,
<br /> together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
<br /> appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
<br /> thereto and also all of the estate, right, title, interest,
<br /> property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever whichlize said
<br /> Claus A. Tagge had in his lifetime and at the time of his death
<br /> and which the Party of the First Part has, by virtue of said Last
<br /> Will and Testament, or otherwise, of, in, or to the above granted
<br /> premises and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together
<br /> with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br /> belonging unto the Second Parties and to their assigns or to
<br /> the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever.
<br /> And I, ROSE RASNNSSEN, for myself, my heirs, executors, and
<br /> administrators do covenant, promise and agree to and with the
<br /> Parties of the Second Part that I am lawfully the Executrix of
<br /> the Last Will and Testament of Claus A. Tagge, Deceased, and
<br /> that as such, I am lawfully seized of said premises, that said
<br /> premises are free from encumbrances, and that I have the power
<br /> to convey as aforesaid and have acted in making this conveyance
<br /> in pursuance of the authority granted in and by such Last Wil�l
<br /> and Testament, and that I have not made, done or suffered any
