EXECUTOR'S DEED
<br /> WHEREAS, Laura Muhlbach, late of Buffalo County, Nebraska, died on the 2gth
<br /> day of March, 1g70 leaving her last Will. and Testament dated November 2¢, 1959,
<br /> which was duly admitted to probate by the Probate Court of the County of Buffalo,
<br /> Nebraska, on the 30th day of April, 1970, and
<br /> WHEREAS, I, Bruce Muhlbach, was named as executor in said Will and on the
<br /> 30th day of April, 1970 was appointed as such executor by the said Probate Court
<br /> and thereupon qualified by filing oath and posting bond as required by said Court
<br /> and Letters Testamentary were issued to me as executor, on said date, and
<br /> wHEREAS, by paragraph THIRD of said Will, said testatrix authorized the sale
<br /> of the real estate hereinafter described, of which said testatrix died seised of
<br /> an estate in fee simple.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Bruce Muhlbach, executor as aforesaid, in
<br /> pursuance of the authority of said last Will and Testament of the said Laura
<br /> Muhlbach, deceased, and of the powers vested in me by the terms of said Will and the
<br /> Statutes in such cases made and provided, and for and in consideration of the
<br /> sum of
<br /> Twenty Thousand Dollars - - - - - ($20,000.00�
<br /> paid to me this date by Eileen Basnett, the receipt of which is hereby acl�owledged,
<br /> do hereby sell, grant, bargain and convey unto the said EILEEN BASNETT, the
<br /> following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> - The �outheast Quarter of Section 6, in Township 11,
<br /> North Range 12, West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County,
<br /> ' Nebraska.
<br /> TG HAUE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together with all tenements,
<br /> hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said grantee and to
<br /> her assigns, or heirs forever.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF I, the said Bruce Muhlbach, as executor aforesaid, have
