<br /> consideration of the sum of Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000.00)', in
<br /> hand paid, does hereby �rant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
<br /> unto LEO W. SCHWIEGER . of Grand Island, Nebraska, the following
<br /> described real estate sii.uated in the County of Hall and State of
<br /> Nebraska, to-wit:

<br /> Bennettts Third Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br /> together with al1 of the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances
<br /> to the same belonging, sub,ject to any building restrictions or exist-
<br /> ing easements.
<br /> . TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, such real property unto such LE0 W. SCHWIEGER
<br /> and to his assigns forever;
<br /> And such Donald Ewoldt, for himself, his heirs, administrators,
<br /> and assigns, does covenant with and warrant to such LEO W. SCHWIEGER
<br /> � that he is the only constituted, qualified and acting sole executor
<br /> �i the Last Will and Testament of such FRIEDA M. WRAGE, Deceased and
<br /> has power thereunder to convey as aforesaid and has in all respects
<br /> actec� in making this conveyance, in pursuance of the suthority
<br /> granted in and by such Will and Testament; that he has not made,
<br /> done, or suffered any act, matter or thing whatsoever, since he was
<br /> . such executor, whereby the above granted real property or any part
