<br /> JERRY L. MAYHEW and EVELYN R. MAYHEW, husband and wife, each
<br /> in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein called the
<br /> grantor whether one or more, in consideration of love and affection re-
<br /> ceived from grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br /> � MAYHEW PRODUCTS CORP. , a corporation, herein called the grantee whether
<br /> one or more, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebr-
<br /> aska:
<br /> That part of Lot Six (6) , in Voss Subdivision of the City of
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, which subdivision is all that part of
<br /> the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E2SW4) and the West
<br /> Half of the Southeast Quarter (W2SE4) of Section Eleven (11) ,
<br /> in Township Eleven (zl) fNorth, Range Nine (9) , West of the 6th
<br /> P.M. , lying south of the Lincoln Highway in Hall County, Nebr-
<br /> aska, according to the recorded plat thereof, more particularly
<br /> described as follows : Commencing at an iron stake located on
<br /> the South line of said Lot Six (6) , a distance of 363 .5 feet
<br /> West from the Southeast corner of said Lot Six (6), turning
<br /> thence North at right angle to the southerly line of said Lot
<br /> Six (6) and running perpendicular thereto to the southerly
<br /> boundary line of the Lincoln Highway, running thence Northeast-
<br /> erly along and upon the Southerly boundary line of said Lot Six
<br /> (6) , running thence Southerly along the East line of said Lot
