<br /> The grantor, SOUTHERN NEBRASKA RURAL PUBLIC POWER DISTRICT, A PUBLIC
<br /> CORPORATION, organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
<br /> State of Nebraska, in consideration of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000 .00) ,
<br /> received from grantees, does quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br /> confirm unto ARDEN N. PETERSON and GRETCHEN K. PETERSON, husband and wife,
<br /> as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, with right of survivorship,
<br /> the following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> All of Fractional Block Nine (9) of Bonnie Brae Addition to
<br /> the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed,
<br /> platted and recorded, together with the westerly one-half (WZ)
<br /> � of Monroe Street between the northerly line of Fourth Street
<br /> and the southerly line of Fifth Street, adjacent thereto, as
<br /> vacated by Ordinance No. 4842 of the City of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, recorded in Book 20 of Miscellaneous Records, page
<br /> 498, in the Register of Deeds Office in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> To have and to hold the above described premises together with all
<br /> tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the
<br /> grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns of the survivor
<br /> of them forever.
