<br /> Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska, pursuant to the provisions of '
<br /> Chapter �7, Article 28, R.R.S. 1943 (1967 Supp.), made in the County
<br /> of Hall, State of Nebraska, on the 5th day of May, 1970, the following
<br /> described real estate, situate in,said County, to-wit:

<br /> south of the northwest corner of a tract commonly
<br /> known as "Huston's Reserve", and more particularly

<br /> was sold to Richard H. Baasch and George E. Epp for the sum of $100.00, •

<br /> WHEREAS, all proceedings have been had in accordance with law . '
<br /> and it appearing that the said Richard H. Baasch and George E. Epp, as '
<br /> joint tenants and not as tenants in common, with rights.of survivorship, �
<br /> are now entitled to a deed of said real estate. '

<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, Ra1ph A. Herndon, Chairman of the County
<br /> Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of the
<br /> premises, and by virtue of the Statutes of the State o.f Nebraska, in
<br /> such cases made and provided, do hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell and
<br /> convey and confirm unto Richard H. Baasch and George E. Epp, as joint
<br /> tenants and not as tenants in common, with rights of survivorship,
<br /> in consideration of $100.00, their heirs and assigns, forever, the said
<br /> real estate hereinbefore described.
