<br /> by the R�av. Keruieth W. Hicks, acting District Supez-�ntendent for the Grand Island Churches
<br /> of the Ea�st �ntral Aistrict, Nebragka Anrival Conference, United Methodist Church. Vera
<br /> B. Thi.em served as Secretary of such meeting. '

<br /> Church, 1968, with respect to th� authos°ixation af the Board of Trustees of said G'hurch
<br /> to sell to the Nebraska United Methoclist Conference, with headquarters at Lincoln, Nebraska,
<br /> our present parsotaage at 2580 North Road, (3rand Islarrd, Nebraska. Be it no�ed tteat proper
<br /> ` notice of th�s meeting ancl of it� purpo�e was given for �nore than ten days prior to the�
<br /> date of this �aesting, a�a required by The Book of Discipline of the 'united Methodist Church,
<br /> and also for a sirai.l.ar period, as required by the Statutes of Nebraska, by (1) a First

<br /> Mrs. Vel�aa Ki.ser tYhereupon mpved the adoption of said resol�tiun. The motion wag seconded
<br /> : by Gene Groff, The matter. havin� been Pull� 'discuss�d, on being p�ext.to vote� the motion
<br /> was unar►imously ca.rried. The Chairman then declared that the �aotio�a wa� daly passed, a11
<br /> 37 votes being in favor of the motion and no votes being opposed to it.
<br /> The Church Conference was ad�ourned.
